The challenge
Operators were moving between spreadsheets, internal tools, and raw reports to answer a few recurring questions. The existing dashboard showed plenty of data but offered little guidance.
The approach
I started with the decisions people made each morning, then worked backward to the smallest set of signals needed to support them. Prototypes were tested with real scenarios before the interface system was finalized.
The outcome
The new experience grouped alerts, trends, and next actions around the user's workflow. It reduced visual noise and made the product useful at a glance while preserving paths into deeper analysis.
